This 19th century building, overlooking Montreux and the Vaud Riviera, is located in Glion, the prestigious hospitality management school, since 1962. This exclusive setting hosts a gastronomic restaurant, a lounge bar, a contemporary bistro, and a lobby bar. Since fall 2021, it has been the renowned chef Stéphane Décotterd who has been behind the stove.
