Located in the heart of the Mirador Resort & Spa, within the historic building, Le Trianon is in keeping with the spirit of the hotel: a place where time stands still to enjoy a unique gastronomic experience. Adorned with paintings here and there, the restaurant reveals a strong artistic appeal, just like the hotel as a whole, as evidenced by the central column, adorned by a Swiss work of art by Jérôme Rudin. The Lausanne-born artist, who has exhibited all over the world, particularly in Paris, where he met with dazzling success, has created a fresco for the Mirador inspired by plants and dotted with water lilies.
